Plumbing pre-apprenticeship - Helena, MT

Central Plumbing, Heating & Excavation is a respected mechanical and excavation contractor performing projects throughout Central Montana. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the trades.

  • This paid entry-level training opportunity is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Team members will gain hands-on exposure to the plumbing trade while developing the skills needed to transition into our Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeship Program.

  • This role provides real-world experience across multiple aspects of the trade, helping individuals explore the industry while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks
  • Ability to periodically lift up to 80 lbs. or more
  • Understand the value of safety and teamwork
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • GED or High School Diploma

  • Compliance with Central's Drug & Alcohol Policy
